The fifth offering on Polena Recordings celebrates both 7 months of label's existence, Christmas and also its founder's birthday.

The tracks range in tempo and styles - from 114bpm to 101bpm, from melancholic deep to weird and hypnotic tribal sounds. The first one is a cloudy deep house track with a spoken word sample about the overhelming power of NYC, where I lived in 2005-2006 ("K.M.O.N."). Then comes the slow and deep techno/house/reggaeton fusion dedicated to the concrete project bulidings of the neighbourhood in my hometown where I grew up ("Zaspa Dub"). Track three is a tense, paranoia-inducing slow voodoo house with strong ethnic elements from different continents. You'll hear atonal and hypnotic Balafon line coupled with Balinese gamelan, Indian percussions and oriental string samples. The track name translates to "Dredges" and it was made to clear some of the bad thoughts from my mind ("Fusy", translates as dredges).

Overall, three functional tracks for your warmup, bar, radio, mixtape or afterhours set. Wintry sounds from the coasts.
